2. Description of Service

Talk to History is an AI-powered chat application that allows users to have text conversations with simulated historical figures. All responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are for educational and entertainment purposes only. They do not represent the actual views, words, or beliefs of the historical figures.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Talk to History offers a free tier with a limited number of daily messages. Premium subscriptions (weekly and monthly) are available for unlimited access.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Talk to History to:

• Generate or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the app.
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. AI-Generated Content

All responses generated by historical figures in the app are produced by AI and are fictional in nature. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. You should not rely on the app's content for historical research, legal, medical, or professional advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology in Talk to History are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in behaviour that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the app or other users.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Talk to History is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
